Jay Pitts (born 9th Dec 1989) is a professional rugby league footballer who at club level has played for Wakefield Trinity Wildcats, and Leeds Rhinos, playing at the back row.
Jay has now signed a contract with the Leeds Rhinos beginning at the end of the 2009 season.
